Talk Title: Necessary Conditions for Two Weight Norm Inequalities for Singular Integral Operators

Abstract: The goal of this talk is to investigate necessary conditions for a singular integral operator to map L^p(\nu)-> L^p(\mu) where \mu, \nu are positive regular Borel measures and \mu satisfies a doubling condition. In particular if \mu=udx and \nu=vdx I will show that the pair (u,v) satisfies the two weight Ap condition.
